My hope is that individuals can recognise they innately have the resources and tools to know how to navigate life challenges. I believe that we all have an internal knowing of what we need to support our mental and emotional wellbeing and optimize physical health. Being able to access these tools and listen to our head, heart and body can sometimes be challenging when we are experiencing stress, overwhelm, grief, or the struggles of day-to-day life. My purpose is to help facilitate this process that supports your mind and body and empower you to lead a life with more clarity, confidence and alignment.

ABOUT

Brie Taylor

I am a compassionate and caring individual who has been on my own journey of growth and self-development for the past 10 years. My curiosity of the human psyche,  people’s behaviour and how this impacts on one’s mental and emotional states led me to pursue and complete my studies in a Bachelor of Counselling in 2017. Having had an interest in the mind and body connection and experiencing my own transformation through energy work, I went on to complete a Diploma in Energetic Health in 2019. Both certifications have enabled me to work in a variety roles with clients including individuals, youth, and parents.

 

I am passionate about supporting individuals to develop self-awareness and get to know themselves on a deeper level. I create a safe environment that is non-judgemental, where one can be truly seen and heard, and hold space in supporting them on their journey of optimal mental, emotional and physical wellbeing in order to better deal with life’s challenges.

Through the use of traditional talk therapy combined with body work, I work from a holistic perspective and incorporate different frame works and modalities including but are not limited to:
